Mother and Baby Walking Group

Arbroath mum Caroline Swankie has set up a Mother and Baby Walking Group for the Angus area so women who are pregnant or have preschool children can keep fit and socialise at the same time.The group will run every Tuesday whatever the weather from 2pm-4pm, ending with a cuppie at a nearby cafe. As the group is very relaxed and a different walk is organised each week, you can choose which you want to attend and only walk as far as is comfortable. Any woman who is pregnant or has children under school age is welcome.
The first walk is on 3rd July meeting at the entrance to the Harbour Visitor Centre at Arbroath. On Tuesday 10th July the group will meet at the far end of Victoria Park, Arbroath but, although this is near the cliffs, the group won't be going up them! On Tuesday 17th July the venue moves to Dundee, where the group will meet at the glass building in Baxter Park.
